Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. They apply to your use of tallyexpshuttle.com and to any trip you book with Tally Express Shuttle.

Last updated July 29, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to your use of tallyexpshuttle.com and to any trip you book with Tally Express Shuttle. By booking a trip or using our website, you agree to these Terms and to our privacy practices.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or book a trip. We may update these Terms from time to time — see “Changes to these terms” below.

2. The service we provide

Tally Express Shuttle (“Tally Express”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates scheduled, shared-ride van shuttles connecting Tallahassee with destinations across the Big Bend and select Florida and Georgia cities and airports.

  • Seats are sold individually, on a one-way basis. Some routes board or drop off at intermediate stops, which are shown at checkout.
  • Private group charters take the whole van and are booked and priced on the Charter page. They are governed by the Charter Terms published there, not by this section.
  • All dates and times shown are U.S. Eastern Time (America/New_York).

3. Booking and payment

  • Bookings are made online at tallyexpshuttle.com, and full payment is required to confirm your seat.
  • We accept credit and debit cards, processed securely by our payment provider, Square. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Fares are shown in U.S. dollars, per seat, one-way. Fares can change over time, but the fare shown at checkout is the fare for that booking.
  • While you are checking out, your seat is held for a short time and released if payment is not completed.
  • After payment, you will receive a booking reference and a confirmation email. Keep your reference — you need it to board. To change or cancel a booking, sign in to your account with the email address you booked with.
  • Bookings open up to 90 days before departure.
  • Please enter an accurate email address. It is how we confirm your trip, and how you sign in to manage it — we email you a link, so an address you cannot open means a booking you cannot change.

4. Cancellations, changes and refunds

Free cancellation with a full refund is available within 24 hours of booking. This window is measured from the time you booked — not from your departure time.
  • After the 24-hour window, bookings are non-refundable. You may still cancel to release your seat, but the fare is not refunded.
  • Missed departures (“no-shows”) are non-refundable. We do not currently offer ride credits.
  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 4–14 business days for a refund to appear.
  • To cancel or review a booking, use the Manage booking page with your booking reference and email.
  • Charters cancel on a different ladder to seats, because a charter takes the whole van and the date off sale: full refund 7 or more days ahead, and a partial refund inside that. The Charter Terms on the Charter page state it in full and govern.
  • Event shuttles only run if enough seats sell, so they carry one promise the timetable does not: if we do not run the trip, every seat on it is refunded in full, however far ahead it was booked. Cancelling an event seat yourself follows the same 24-hour rule as any other booking.

5. Schedule changes and cancellations by us

  • Occasionally we may need to change, delay, combine, or cancel a departure — for example, because of weather, road or traffic conditions, mechanical issues, low bookings, or events outside our reasonable control.
  • If we cancel a scheduled departure you are booked on, we will offer you a seat on the next available trip or a full refund.
  • An event shuttle is one trip on one date, so there is no next trip to move you to. If we call one off, whether because too few seats sold or for any of the reasons above, every paid seat is refunded in full and we email you to say so.
  • We are not responsible for other costs or losses caused by a delay or cancellation, such as missed flights, connections, or appointments.

6. Times, durations and distances are estimates

Every departure time, arrival time, trip duration, and distance we show — on this website, at checkout, in your confirmation email, and on your boarding pass — is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. Actual travel time varies with traffic, weather, road works, closures and detours, the number of stops and passengers, and the time of day.
  • Departure times are when we intend to leave the pickup point, and are the times you should plan to be there.
  • Arrival times are approximate. Your trip may arrive earlier or later than the time shown, and we do not guarantee arrival by any particular time.
  • Trip durations and distances are shown for guidance and comparison only. They are rounded, and may differ from the route the driver actually takes on the day.
  • All dates and times are shown in U.S. Eastern Time (America/New_York) — including for stops that sit in the Central Time zone, such as Panama City Beach and Destin. Please convert to local time when planning around a local appointment.
  • Please do not rely on our estimated times when booking flights, medical appointments, events, or other connections. See “Airport and connecting trips” below, and allow generous buffer time.
  • Timetables change. The times shown when you book are the times we are planning for that booking, and we may need to adjust them — see “Schedule changes and cancellations by us” above.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, cost, inconvenience, or missed flight, connection, appointment, or event arising from a difference between an estimated time, duration, or distance and the actual time, duration, or distance of travel.

7. Airport and connecting trips

  • If your trip connects to a flight or another service, please allow generous buffer time. Travel times vary with traffic and road conditions.
  • We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2–3 hours before a domestic flight. We are not liable for missed flights or connections.

8. Arriving and boarding

  • Please be at your pickup point and ready to board at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • Vehicles depart on schedule and cannot wait for late passengers. A missed departure is treated as a no-show.
  • Have your booking reference ready for the driver.

9. Luggage

  • Each passenger may bring one carry-on item and one standard suitcase (up to about 50 lbs). Additional or oversized items are subject to available space and should be arranged in advance.
  • Do not bring hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items.
  • Please keep valuables with you. Except where the law requires otherwise, we are not responsible for loss of, or damage to, baggage or personal belongings.

10. Passenger conduct and safety

All passengers must follow our Passenger Rules & Ride Policy so that every ride stays safe and comfortable. In summary:

  • Be respectful to the driver and all passengers — no arguing, threatening behavior, or inappropriate language.
  • Keep phone calls and conversations at a respectful volume, and follow all driver instructions at all times.
  • No loud music through speakers — headphones are required for personal audio.
  • No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, or open alcohol in the vehicle, and no weapons or hazardous materials.
  • Wear your seatbelt at all times, help keep the vehicle clean, and arrive on time for your scheduled pickup.
Violations may result in denied service, removal from the vehicle, service suspension, or forfeiture of payment.

11. Children and accessibility

  • Children must travel with a responsible adult. If you are traveling with a young child, please contact us in advance about car-seat requirements.
  • If you have an accessibility need, please contact us before you travel and we will do our best to accommodate you.

12. Website use and intellectual property

  • The Tally Express Shuttle name, logo, website, and content are our property or used with permission. Please do not copy, resell, or misuse them.
  • Do not use the website to break the law, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

13. Privacy

  • We collect only the information we need to provide the service, such as your name, contact details, and trip details.
  • Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Square; we do not store full card numbers.
  • How we handle your information is described in our Privacy & Cookies Policy.

14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The website and service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that any schedule, time, duration, or distance shown is accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tally Express Shuttle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Where we are found liable, our total liability for a booking will not exceed the amount you paid for that booking.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows the current version. If you continue to use the website or book trips after we post an update, you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your trip will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Leon County, Florida.
