To keep every ride safe and comfortable, all passengers must follow these rules.
General conduct
- Be respectful to the driver and all passengers
- No arguing, threatening behavior, or inappropriate language
- Keep phone calls and conversations at a respectful volume
- Follow all driver instructions at all times
Audio & devices
- No loud music through speakers
- Headphones are required for personal audio
Vehicle & safety
- No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, or open alcohol
- Help keep the vehicle clean at all times
- Arrive on time for your scheduled pickup
Times & schedules
- Departure and arrival times are estimates, not guarantees
- Travel time changes with traffic, weather, road work, and the time of day
- All times shown are Eastern Time — including Panama City Beach and Destin
- Allow generous buffer time for flights, appointments, and connections
