No bus, no shuttle, no scheduled service of any kind reaches the island, Apalachicola or Eastpoint. The local chamber lists a taxi and a party bus. That is it.

A half day, and that is the point
Out at 7:30, on the island by 9:15, back in Tallahassee by 3pm. You get the beach and you still get your Sunday evening.

The quiet one
St George is not Panama City. It is a state park beach with room to breathe, which is exactly why people ask for it.

The cheapest day out we run
$50 covers both ways. It is the least expensive thing on our timetable and the closest beach we go to.
