The trip

Two races that build the 500 grid

The Duel at Daytona is two qualifying races, and together they set the starting field for the Daytona 500. Qualifying earlier in Speedweeks is where drivers chase a spot on the front row. The Duels are superspeedway pack racing with a real prize on the line: where a driver starts the 500.

It is a long way to go for a day at the track, about four hours each way from Tallahassee. We do the driving. The van picks you up in town, drops you at the speedway, and brings you home once the racing is done. You watch both races and sleep in your own bed.

0 of 9 seats booked. 4 more seats and the van runs.

A seat costs $85.00. If the van does not fill, your money comes back in full. The van goes in 156 days.

Speedweeks, frame by frame

NASCAR's photographers covered all of last year's Speedweeks, the Duels included. For the track as it is now, follow the speedway itself.

Two tickets

Buy the ride here. Buy your Duel ticket from the speedway.

Your van seat does not get you into the speedway. We sell the ride there and back; your ticket for the Duels comes from Daytona International Speedway.

The speedway sells the Duel day on its own, or inside a four-day package that also covers the truck race, the O'Reilly Auto Parts Series and ARCA doubleheader, and the Daytona 500. A package gets you in on four days, but this van runs on the Duel day only.

How it goes

Getting on. Get to your pickup a few minutes before the time on your booking. The van will not wait past it, and it makes one run.

  • Governor's Square Mall

At the speedway. The van drops you at the track. The ticket is yours to sort out with the speedway, and so is knowing what its fan guide lets you bring in.

Coming home. After the racing, the van is waiting for you at the time on your booking. Save that time in your phone before the first race starts.
