Be respectful to the driver and all passengers
No arguing, threatening behavior, or inappropriate language
Keep phone calls and conversations at a respectful volume
Follow all driver instructions at all times
Audio & Devices
No loud music through speakers
Headphones are required for personal audio
Vehicle & Safety
No smoking, vaping, illegal substances, or open alcohol
Help keep the vehicle clean at all times
Arrive on time for your scheduled pickup
Violations may result in

Removed from vehicle

12–24 hours before ride
50% refund or credit
